About the Role If you’re tired of jobs that go nowhere, want real income growth, and want to work from home without begging for hours — this is worth your attention. We’re expanding our virtual benefits consulting team and looking for people who are coachable, competitive, and ready to level up. This is a remote Zoom/phone-based role helping families secure life insurance and supplemental benefits. You don’t need experience — you just need drive and the willingness to follow a proven system. What You’ll Do • Call and follow up with warm leads and existing members (no cold knocking doors) • Run presentations over Zoom or phone using a proven script and process • Help families apply for coverage that fits their needs and budget • Follow up with clients and handle simple policy questions • Plug into daily training and coaching to constantly improve • Track your activity and results (we help you with simple systems) What We Provide • Warm leads (no cold door-to-door) • Full training – no previous insurance experience required • Remote work – no daily commute • Clear system and support: we don’t throw you in the deep end • Leadership and growth path for people who want to build a team • Performance-based income (you’re paid what you’re worth) Income & Schedule • This is 1099, performance-based pay • Realistic first-year range: $60,000 – $100,000+ for people who follow the system • Top agents can scale past six figures with consistency • Flexible schedule, but you must treat it like a real career, not a side gig Who This Is For You’ll do well here if: • You’re coachable and willing to follow a proven process • You’re comfortable on the phone / Zoom • You’re self-motivated and don’t need someone watching you to work • You’re driven by growth, income, and helping people • Sales, customer service, bartending, serving, retail, or coaching background is a plus – but not required Requirements • Must be 18+ and able to pass a background check • Must live in the United States • Access to: • Reliable high-speed internet • Quiet place to run Zoom calls and make phone calls • Laptop/desktop and smartphone • Willing to obtain a state life insurance license (we help point you to the course) States We Are Hiring In We are actively hiring in: Ohio, Kentucky, Michigan, Texas, Georgia, Virginia, Iowa, South Carolina, (If you’re in another state, you can still apply and we’ll review.)
