September 12, 2025 W e are seeking a skilled and empathetic Virtual Behavioral Health Therapist to provide remote mental health services to clients across the country. In this fully virtual role, you will deliver individual or group therapy sessions, conduct behavioral assessments, and create treatment plans tailored to each client's needs—all from the comfort of your own home. Key Responsibilities Deliver virtual therapy sessions using secure, HIPAA-compliant telehealth platforms Conduct behavioral health assessments and formulate personalized treatment goals Provide evidence-based therapy for individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, and other behavioral concerns Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in the Electronic Health Record (EHR) Monitor client progress and adapt treatment plans accordingly Ensure all therapy services meet ethical, legal, and clinical standards Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team when necessary Participate in virtual staff meetings, trainings, or supervision (as required) Qualifications Master’s or Doctoral degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field Active, unrestricted license in at least one U.S. state (e.g., LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LCPC, PsyD, PhD) Experience in behavioral or clinical mental health settings (minimum 1–2 years preferred) Strong skills in CBT, DBT, trauma-informed care, or other evidence-based modalities Prior telehealth experience is a plus Excellent written and verbal communication Reliable internet and a secure, distraction-free home workspace Must be authorized to work in the United States Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly or per-session pay Flexible schedule – choose your availability Fully remote work with no commuting Administrative, tech, and clinical support Opportunities for continuing education and license renewal reimbursement (varies) Growth potential within a mission-driven mental health organization Why Join Us?
