Proactively address potential issues to enhance the client experience
Share and set up self-service options for clients to access their accounts 24/7
What Is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum of 1 year of experience in banking or financial services with a track record of client acquisition and relationship management
High school diploma, GED, or foreign equivalent
Strong financial planning skills and adherence to banking regulations
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Availability to work during Virtual Branch hours, including weekends and evenings
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
College degree or military equivalent
Experience working with affluent clients
Strong commitment to a long-term career within the firm
