Virtual Assistant for Functional Nutrition Business Specializing in Womens Health
Position: Virtual Assistant
Location: Remote
Hours: 5-10 hours/week, with potential to grow
Compensation: Based on experience
Are you a highly organized, tech-savvy virtual assistant with a passion for supporting womens health? Join our dynamic team at Roots to Leaves, a functional nutrition practice specializing in empowering women to thrive through personalized care and holistic wellness.
The ideal candidate highly professional, self-led, treats customers like GOLD, and values communication and understands how important clear communication is when working on a virtual team.
This role requires use of Practice Better, Kajabi, ManyChat, and Asana. The ideal fit is familiar with these platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Asana Management: Assign tasks to team members. Document SOPs.
2. Lab Ordering: Physically mail labs to our clients on a weekly basis and upload lab results to client portal
3. Client Experience: Review and respond to 1:1 applications.
Provide exceptional customer service by: Monitoring and responding to customer service emails. Following up on failed payments.
4. Marketing Support: Prepare and schedule newsletters and blogs. Set up ManyChat automations as needed. Document marketing metrics spreadsheet.
7. Team Onboarding: Send contracts to new team members.
Add new hires to Slack and Asana. Set up Practice Better accounts, packages, automations, and tags.
8. Technical Support: Troubleshoot and resolve miscellaneous tech issues. Update online courses and programs as needed.
Ideal Candidate:
Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar role.
Understands client confidentiality is the uppermost priority.
Familiarity with Asana, Practice Better, ManyChat, and other tech tools.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Expert Googler.
Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
Cannot be located in NY/NJ due to lab ordering restrictions.
