Virtual Assistant/List Building

We’re a fast-growing mission-driven brand in the cultural toy and lifestyle space. Our products have been featured in national media and are now carried by major retailers across the U.S. We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support our business development efforts.

Your Role:

As our Virtual Assistant, you’ll play a key role in helping us grow by:

Conducting online research to build targeted lead lists (training and tools provided)

Sending templated emails to prospective partners and contacts

Tracking email follow-ups and maintaining up-to-date records in our CRM (Airtable/HubSpot/Google Sheets)

✅ Responsibilities

Research and compile leads based on given criteria (e.g., retailers, schools, influencers, organizations)

Send and personalize templated outreach emails via Gmail or an email platform

Log all activity and status updates in our CRM

Flag warm leads and schedule follow-ups

Report weekly progress and key metrics

Ideal Candidate

Experience with email outreach, list building, or CRM tools (bonus if you’ve used Airtable or HubSpot)

Excellent English reading and writing skills

Comfortable with internet research (Google, LinkedIn, company websites, etc.)

Organized, reliable, and responsive

Able to follow directions but also take initiative

Familiarity with cultural brands or the South Asian diaspora is a plus, but not required

Time Commitment & Pay

Part-time: 5–10 hours/week to start

Flexible hours (you set your own schedule, but we expect timely responses and updates)
