Job Description:
We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support our business operations, particularly in the areas of finance, accounting, and marketing. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and experienced in these fields. This role supports a business based in (USA – Eastern Standard Time), so availability during EST hours is required.
Responsibilities:
Assist with financial tracking, bookkeeping, and generating simple reports
Monitor expenses, prepare summaries, and keep financial records organized
Provide basic accounting support (e.g., invoice tracking, payment follow-ups)
Support marketing tasks such as social media scheduling, light content editing, and campaign assistance
Manage calendars, emails, and general administrative tasks
Conduct data entry and online research as needed
Requirements:
Proven experience as a virtual assistant or in a similar administrative role
Background or training in finance and/or accounting
Familiarity with digital marketing tasks or platforms
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Proficiency in tools such as Google Workspace or Microsoft Office
Must be available to work within USA Eastern Standard Time (EST)
