Virtual Assistant (VA) – Social Media, Membership & Research
The Role:
I’m looking for a proactive VA Assistant to support me and help our community thrive. This is a flexible, part-time freelance role with a mix of admin, research, and creative work:
Admin & Support: Manage my inbox, coordinate bookings, respond to membership queries.
Social Media VA: Schedule posts on Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and X using provided templates, plus light engagement (comments & DMs).
Membership Care: Help run our new Membership Platform – schedule book promos, send welcome emails, and track perks.
Research: Find and compile leads for new bookings, partnership opportunities, relevant industry events, and membership perks.
Outreach: Send outreach emails and follow-ups to secure speaking gigs and collaborations.
What We’re Looking For:
Organised and reliable with excellent written English.
Experience as a VA or admin assistant, ideally with social media skills.
Research-savvy and proactive in finding opportunities.
Comfortable with tools like Canva, Buffer, or Asana (or willing to learn).
Self-starter who enjoys variety and working independently.
