JOB TYPES: Part-time; MUST be a U.S. citizen.
KEY DUTIES:
Manage calendars, and find scheduling for meetings and calls.
Develop relationships with clients, and respond to emails from them on the clients behalf.
Help with project planning and resource scheduling.
Handle minor administrative tasks.
Quickly notify the client of urgent customer issues.
KEY PROFILE:
Associate's degree or equivalent work experience.
At least 1 year experience including solid experience in a similar role within a Not-for-Profit.
Basic technical skills, including experience with Microsoft Office and calendar management software.
Excellent communication skills, including both verbal and written communication.
Strong social skills, as well as good interpersonal instincts.
Attention to detail, and professionalism during communications.
Self-starter and demonstrate a high level of resilience.
Enjoy finding creative solutions to problems.
Strong networker and relationship builder.
JOB REQUIREMENTS: Computer, Internet, and a home office set-up.
PAY: $21.00 per hour
