About the Role We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Virtual Assistant - Remote Customer Success Associate to join our team at Eversight. As a Customer Success Associate, you will play a critical role in driving value creation and satisfaction for our CPG and retail customers. You'll work closely with key customer power users and program managers to bring our pricing and promotion capabilities to life, while also serving as the voice of the customer across various internal teams. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customer stakeholders, including power users and program managers Assist in onboarding new customers and ensuring successful adoption of Eversight's SaaS solution Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner Collaborate with internal teams, including Sales, Product, Engineering, and Data Science, to drive customer success and identify opportunities for growth Develop and maintain best practices for customer engagements, contributing to Eversight's strategic initiatives Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement Communicate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders through written and verbal reports Requirements and Qualifications Essential Qualifications: Prior experience in a customer-facing or cross-functional role, preferably in a SaaS or technology environment Strong organizational and execution skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and prioritize tasks effectively Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders Proven problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop actionable insights Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Preferred Qualifications: Direct experience in the CPG or Retail industries, particularly in shopper behavior, pricing, and promotional strategies Familiarity with AI-powered pricing and promotions solutions Experience working in a remote or flexible work environment Strong analytical and data analysis skills, with experience working with data visualization tools What We Offer Competitive Salary and Benefits: We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including: Competitive salary Flexible work arrangements, including remote work options Opportunities for professional growth and development Comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off and holidays Career Growth Opportunities: At Eversight, we're committed to helping our team members grow and develop their skills.
