We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Virtual Assistant. In this role, you will provide top-notch support to our IT clients, ensuring seamless operations and resolving technical issues with ease. Job Responsibilities:

Coordinate, present, monitor, and maintain IT clients' desktop software and hardware, ensuring optimal performance and minimal downtime.
Provide expert guidance to IT clients on all aspects of end-user computing and desktop-based LAN system software.
Take ownership of issues, resolving and closing tickets/work orders supporting end-user desktops and peripherals in a timely and efficient manner.
Collaborate with various teams to investigate and resolve system-related issues, ensuring seamless operations and minimal disruptions.
Perform routine maintenance tasks, including software updates, printer configurations, and remote access setup, to ensure optimal system performance.
Work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to provide 24/7 support to our clients, and be available for occasional travel as required.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
At least 3 years of experience in IT support, with a focus on desktop software and hardware troubleshooting and resolution.
Proven experience supporting laptops in a Windows/TCPIP environment, with a strong understanding of Windows-based operating systems, including Windows 7.
A+ certification and MCSE/MCP certification are highly desirable, with a strong understanding of ITIL principles and practices.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
