We are looking for a Virtual Assistant Volunteer who is highly organized and proactive to support administrative tasks and manage direct communication with members and strategic allies. Responsibilities
Ā Assist organization members with administrative and operational tasks.
Ā Manage communication with members and allies, ensuring effective and strategic relationships.
Ā Support the board of directors in executing key initiatives.
Ā Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes.
Ā Conduct research and compile relevant information for projects.
Ā Maintain updated databases and internal management platforms.
Ā Assist in the planning and organization of virtual events and strategic activities.
Requirements
Ā Fluency in both Spanish and English (mandatory).
Ā Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Ā Excellent communication and interpersonal relationship skills.
Ā Proactive, self-motivated, and capable of working in a team.
Ā Proficiency in digital tools such as Google Drive, Zoom, and task management platforms (preferred).
Ā Experience with Canva or other design tools is a plus.
