Virtual Assistant Needed to Extract Contact Info, Social Links & CVs from User Profiles
We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to help us manually extract key information from user profiles on a private platform (login credentials will be provided).
Each profile includes social media links and a resume/CV shown in a popup window. For each user, you’ll be responsible for:
- Copying their TikTok link (if available)
- Copying their Instagram link (if available)
- Opening their CV (displayed in an embedded viewer)
- Extracting their email address and phone number from the CV
- Saving the CV file or link if possible
- Pasting all information into a shared Google Sheet
The process is repetitive but straightforward. We’re looking for someone who can move efficiently while maintaining very high accuracy and attention to detail.
✅ Ideal Candidate:
Excellent English reading comprehension (to scan resumes quickly)
Previous experience with data entry or web research
Comfortable working inside Google Sheets
Can follow clear instructions without supervision
Reliable, efficient, and focused
⏱ Hours & Duration:
Start with 10–20 hours this week
If it goes well, we’ll extend for multiple weeks (we have thousands of profiles to process)
