Virtual Assistant Needed for Instagram + TikTok Research & Data Entry (3,000 Records)

We’re looking for a sharp and reliable Virtual Assistant who’s a pro in Excel and comfortable navigating Instagram and TikTok. This is a manual research + data entry task involving approx. 3,000 Instagram handles.

Your Tasks Will Include:

1. Search each Instagram handle and extract:

• Direct Instagram profile URL

• Public email address (from bio or contact button)

• Follower count

• Number of posts

2. Search for the same handle or brand on TikTok:

• Add TikTok profile URL (if available)

• Extract public email (if listed)

• Follower count

• Number of posts/videos

3. Enter all findings into our master Excel sheet under the following fields:

• Instagram Username

• Instagram Profile URL

• Instagram Email Address

• Instagram Follower Count

• Instagram Number of Posts

• TikTok Profile URL (if available)

• TikTok Email Address (if available)

• TikTok Follower Count

• TikTok Number of Posts

Requirements:

• Strong Excel skills (you’ll be working with structured spreadsheets and ensuring 100% accuracy)

• Comfortable using Instagram and TikTok for manual research

• Fluent in English for understanding bios, email formats, and social content

• Attention to detail — this is all about accuracy

• Efficient time management (we don’t want this dragging out)

Bonus Points If You Have:

• Experience with similar social media research or influencer data tasks

• Familiarity with browser plugins or extensions like Email Extractor (but you must still manually verify accuracy)

• Understanding of influencer vetting or brand marketing work
