Virtual Assistant Intern – Creative & Administrative Support (Part-Time)
Start Date: Immediate | Hours: 2–3 per day | Remote | Long-Term Potential
Are you a high school or college student looking to gain real-world virtual assistant experience in a fun, fast-paced, and creative environment? I’m looking for a dependable VA Intern who can assist me with admin tasks, graphic design, content creation, and client communication.
Your Tasks Will Include:
Admin support: email management, inbox organization, light calendar support
Following up with clients via email and text (scripts provided)
Creating forms in Google Forms, surveys, and digital checklists
Assisting and hosting Zoom calls/meetings (scheduling, moderating, follow-ups)
Editing short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts
Creating engaging flyers, banners, digital signatures, and email headers
Posting, responding, and engaging on social media (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube)
Assisting with monthly newsletters and occasional email marketing campaigns
Occasional research tasks or documentation support
Must-Have Skills:
Strong graphic design skills using Canva or similar tools
Comfortable with email platforms (like Gmail, Outlook, etc.)
Familiarity with TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn & YouTube
Able to edit short videos and reels (CapCut, Canva, or similar)
Excellent written communication and attention to design details
Tech-savvy, quick learner, and highly reliable
Professional and friendly tone when engaging with others
Bonus if You Have:
Experience using Zoom and helping moderate or manage calls
Social media scheduling tools like Later, Planoly, Buffer, etc.
Interest in marketing, branding, or entrepreneurship
A strong eye for layout, typography, and aesthetics
⏱ Hours & Pay:
2–3 hours/day, flexible but consistent
Must be available to begin immediately
Potential for long-term work and growth
Pay based on experience – entry-level welcomed with strong samples
