Job Summary Job Type: Full-time, Remote Salary: $15-$20 per hour Location: Remote Benefits: Health insurance, Paid time off, Flexible working hours, Professional development opportunities Key Responsibilities Inputting data into databases and systems accurately and timely, ensuring high-quality data entry that meets our standards. Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors, and making corrections as needed to maintain data integrity. Maintaining data confidentiality and following company policies to ensure the security and privacy of sensitive information. Conducting regular data backups to ensure data preservation and prevent data loss. Providing administrative support as needed, including scheduling, email management, and customer service, to ensure seamless day-to-day operations. Collaborating with team members to improve data accuracy and efficiency, and implementing process improvements to enhance productivity. Essential Qualifications Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or relevant role, with a strong background in data entry and administrative support. Familiarity with data entry and administrative responsibilities, including data management and record-keeping. Excellent knowledge of MS Office and data entry software, with the ability to learn new systems and tools quickly. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve errors and discrepancies. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and collaboration skills. Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. High school diploma or equivalent required; additional qualifications as an Administrator or Executive Assistant are a plus. Preferred Qualifications Additional qualifications as an Administrator or Executive Assistant, such as a certification or diploma in a related field. Experience with data management and record-keeping, including data analysis and reporting. Familiarity with cloud-based productivity tools and software, such as Google Workspace or Microsoft 365. Knowledge of data security and confidentiality best practices, with a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of data protection. Skills and Competencies To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess a range of skills and competencies, including: Data entry and management: accuracy, attention to detail, and ability to maintain high-quality data. Administrative support: scheduling, email management, customer service, and other administrative tasks.
