Virtual Assistant, Full and Part Time
St. Mark's Therapy Center is a therapist owned and operated company that serves public and private schools. We are looking to hire a virtual assistant, with the primary duty being lead generation of new clients.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
The VA may assist with:
• Lead management and organization
• Systematically research contact information
• Organize and enter contact data into appropriate files.
• Complete email campaigns
• Other duties as assigned
Desired Skills and Attributes:
• Professional written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to organize and effectively prioritize tasks
• Attention to detail
• Internet/Web and computer-savvy
Qualifications:
• Associate’s Degree preferred
• Proficiency with Google Suite and Google Calendar
• Reliable Internet connection, computer, and phone
• Available during business hours PST or EST Monday-Friday, unless otherwise agreed in writing with each client
• Proficiency with a task management program such as Trello
Compensation
• * Payment is per assignment ($11-$20+ per hour) and is based on efficiency. Various payment options are available, including an opportunity for commission/ passive income.
