We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate virtual assistant within North Carolina. We will consider applicants from Georgia or South Carolina.
This is a full-time virtual (work from home) position.

Leadership experience a plus
Duties will include:
Responding to phone calls, emails and messages from current and prospective patients
Scheduling client appointments
Helping with other various administrative duties
Updating forms in electronic health record
Assisting clients within program by phone or text
You will be successful if you have or are the following:
Ability to work independently, efficiently and effectively
Solution-oriented
Very organized
Detail-oriented, using proper grammar
Creative with ideas to grow and improve the program
Strong tech skills
Requirements
Must reside in the state of North Carolina or be willing to work as an independent contractor
Background in nutrition a plus
Must have a quiet location to work free from children and loud pets.
Must have a strong internet connection.
