Virtual Assistant for Short-Term Rental Operations (Airbnb & Booking)
We are seeking an experienced Virtual Assistant to support our short-term rental operations on platforms such as Airbnb and Booking.com. The ideal candidate will assist with day-to-day management tasks, including guest communication, booking coordination, and reviewing property listings. Strong organizational skills and a keen attention to detail are essential. Familiarity with short-term rental processes is a plus. We are looking for a Virtual Assistant for short-term rental operations (Airbnb & Booking). â ïž Spanish is mandatory (native or near-native). Applications without strong Spanish will be rejected. â ïž Availability Monday to Sunday is required. This role needs high availability and fast response, not fixed office hours. This is a remote, long-term role with a trial phase. Work is intermittent, with seasonal variation (winter is lighter, peak season is busier). Daily work includes: Around 3â4 hours/day of administrative tasks (computer required) Intermittent guest communication throughout the day (fast replies are essential) Coordinating check-ins/check-outs, cleaning teams and quality control Handling guest incidents calmly and efficiently Managing messages on Airbnb, Booking and operational tools We are open to hearing your monthly rate proposals in USD, and conditions can improve based on performance, reliability and workload.
