The Rehab Room VA Position Title: Virtual Assistant for Physical Therapy Clinic – Meta Ads, Social Media & Patient Follow-Up Hourly Rate: $6.00/hour (10 hours per week max, with room to grow) About The Rehab Room The Rehab Room is a boutique physical therapy and wellness clinic in Media, Pennsylvania (USA) focused on one-on-one, Trust-First care. We’re looking for a detail-oriented, organized, and compassionate Virtual Assistant to help manage our clinic’s digital presence and lead-follow-up systems while we grow. Responsibilities Update and edit website text using our platform (Durable) Upload and schedule social content through Blaze.ai and Instagram Monitor and optimize Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads campaigns following our step-by-step workflow Respond promptly to new patient leads via Weave using provided scripts Track leads, bookings, and ad results in Google Sheets Send a short daily summary report (leads, posts, ad status) Requirements Experience with Meta Ads Manager or Facebook Business Suite (monitoring and editing campaigns) Familiarity with website builders (Durable, Wix, Squarespace, etc.) Excellent written English and warm, professional communication style Organized and dependable with strong attention to detail Basic Canva or design skills are a plus Reliable internet and availability 2 hours per day, Monday–Friday (U.S. Eastern overlap) Pay & Schedule $6/hour to start (Upwork hourly contract) 10 hours/week maximum (2 hours/day, Mon–Fri) Weekly pay through Upwork Rate review after 4 weeks based on consistency and initiative Our Culture We care about people — not numbers.
