The Role
We’re seeking a Virtual Assistant / Executive Assistant based in the US time zone to provide operational and administrative support for our agency and our clients. You’ll be the person behind the scenes making sure tasks are completed and nothing slips through the cracks. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, can juggle multiple priorities, and loves helping businesses on many different fronts.
What You’ll Do
• Support day-to-day operations for our agency and client accounts.
• Handle administrative tasks such as document organization.
• Assist with client onboarding and coordination of project deliverables.
• Keep track of deadlines and ensure tasks are completed on time.
• Communicate clearly and promptly with team members and clients.
What We’re Looking For
• Proven experience as a VA, EA, or operations/admin support.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new tools quickly.
• Based in the US time zone and available during standard business hours.
Bonus Points If You:
• Experience working with Kajabi.
• Are familiar with launch cycles for online programs.
