Virtual Assistant - Cold Calling & Lead Qualification with Huge Bonus Opportunity
We are seeking a motivated virtual assistant to conduct cold calls to landlords in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, introducing our services, and gathering valuable feedback. You will be provided with a script to follow, ensuring consistency and professionalism in every call.
Excellent communication skills and proficiency in English are essential. Experience in real estate or customer service will be advantageous.
This role offers a unique opportunity to work remotely with the potential to earn additional bonuses: one when a successful lead results in a listed property and another if the property is sold.
The VA will either call from a UAE Sim Card, or be required to make calls using a system that displays a UAE number to maintain a professional and local presence. This means signing up for a UAE SIM card in your name, which will be fully reimbursed monthly. Alternatively, if you already have a UAE SIM with suitable calling capacity, that may also be used.
Calls must be between the hours of 9:00am and 6:00pm (Dubai, UAE, Gulf Standard Time)
