Virtual Assistant - Appointment Setter
We Clone You is a leading virtual assistant company that specializes in providing virtual assistance to empower businesses of all sizes with world-class virtual assistance. We are currently looking for a motivated Virtual Assistant with expertise in appointment setting to join our client's team and take their operations to the next level.
In this role, you will be responsible for performing various tasks, including:
Conduct outbound calls, emails, and messages to prospective leads
Qualify leads based on predefined criteria
Set and confirm appointments with potential clients or partners
Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate lead information
Follow up with prospects who haven’t responded
Coordinate calendars and ensure smooth handoff to the sales/client team
Track and report performance metrics (calls made, appointments set, etc.)
Perform basic administrative tasks as needed
Requirements
Proven experience as an Appointment Setter, Sales VA, or in a similar role
Experience using CRM software (e.g., Career Builder, HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Zoho, etc.)
Excellent English communication skills – both verbal and written
Confident and professional phone etiquette
Strong organizational and time management skills
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and proactive
Stable internet connection and a quiet workspace
