Qualifications & Requirements
Education: Minimum 12th pass or higher; diploma or undergraduate degree preferred
Experience: No prior experience required—training will be provided
Computer Skills: Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and online tools
Communication: Good written English skills (verbal English is a plus)
Availability: Must be able to work in shifts or align with Amazons time zones when required
Equipment: Access to a computer/laptop with stable internet connection
Attitude: Eager to learn, responsible, and detail-oriented
Preferred (Not Mandatory)
Understanding of how Amazon Seller Central works
Familiarity with basic e-commerce terms like ASIN, FBA, or A-to-Z claims
Any virtual assistant or admin internship or freelancing experience
