Responsibilities:
Respond to emails and schedule internal meetings
Manage digital files and perform data entry
Support HR billing and admin teams with task coordination
Prepare reports updates and summaries
Handle follow-up communication and record keeping
Requirements High school diploma or GED
Good written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Docs/Sheets
Entry-level friendly
Must reside in the U.S. with internet access and a quiet workspace
