Key Responsibilities...
Ā Create Canva Graphics: Design on-brand graphics using Canva for various digital platforms.
Ā Manage Social Media: Oversee and manage our social media accounts, ensuring consistent and engaging content.
Ā Repurpose Content: Skillfully repurpose content across different platforms to maximize reach and engagement.
Ā Content Calendar: Develop and maintain a content calendar to organize and schedule all digital content.
Ā Write Captions and Hashtags: Craft compelling captions and select relevant hashtags for social media posts.
Ā Weekly Newsletters: Create engaging weekly newsletters, including writing content, selecting images, and incorporating appropriate links.
Ā Blog Posts: Write weekly blog posts, format them for the web, and optimize for SEO.
Ā Pinterest Engagement: Create pins for old blog posts to drive traffic and engagement.
Ā Podcast Outreach: Identify and outreach to mom-focused podcasts for Katie to feature on. Manage scheduling and send necessary materials like bio and headshots.
Ā Instagram Templates: Design Canva templates for Instagram to promote upcoming podcast features.
Ā Brand Outreach: Create a list of potential brands for collaboration and develop pitches for outreach.
Ā Ad Hoc Tasks/Projects: Be ready to assist with various tasks or projects as needed.

Ā Strong attention to detail.
Ā Availability for a minimum of 5-7 hours per week, with potential for increased availability.
