Virtual Assistant 10 Hours per Week (IC-RB)

Key Responsibilities...
Ā Canva Graphics Creation: Develop high-quality, on-brand graphics using Canva for various digital platforms including social media, blogs, and printables.
Ā Content Review and Ideation: Analyze existing educational blog posts, social media content, and other digital materials to generate innovative ideas for printables and other creative items.
Ā Trello Management: Efficiently organize and manage content plans using Trello. Ensure all tasks and projects are tracked and updated regularly.
Ā Editorial Calendar Planning: Strategically plan out the content calendar a month in advance, ensuring a cohesive and effective content strategy.
Ā LTK Platform Management: Create and oversee content on the LTK platform, aligning it with overall brand strategy (experience with LTK is a plus).
Ā Ad Hoc Tasks and Project Assistance: Provide support in various ad hoc tasks or projects as required, demonstrating flexibility and initiative.
Requirements
Ā Experience with Canva, Google Suite, and Trello are a must.
Ā Familiarity with LTK is a plus.
Ā Experience in Digital Marketing/Social Media: Must have a solid background in digital marketing or social media management.
Ā A genuine interest in topics related to motherhood and education is crucial.
Ā Ability to think creatively and brainstorm new ideas for content and marketing strategies.
Ā Must be comfortable with technology and quick to learn new digital tools and platforms.
Ā Attention to Detail: Must have a keen eye for detail, ensuring accuracy and consistency in all content.
