Responsibilities:
• Organize digital files, manage calendars, and streamline workflows.
• Manage email marketing campaigns (Kartra/Klaviyo experience a plus).
• Update website and sales pages (Wix/Shopify).
• Edit and optimize product images and videos.
• Provide excellent customer support and manage social media.
• Assist with student registrations and supplier communication.
• Provide personal assistant support to the team.
Requirements:
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in Google Docs, Dropbox, Canva, and other relevant tools.
• Experience with email marketing platforms is a plus.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Familiaritywith jewelry/metals is a plus.
• Ability to work Pacific Time zone hours. We will need to interact during the day, so this is definitely a requirement.
• Ability to learn new programs quickly.
• Tolerance for a changing work environment.
