VIP & Partnership Lead, Gulf Binance

He or she will be responsible for continuous improvement of the VIP product proposition and experience. The role will also be managing our VIP and other value customers, including acquiring and engaging these users on our platform. Additionally, the role will also include broader partnership responsibility to drive user acquisition and awareness of Gulf Binance platform.This advertisement is for a position at Gulf Binance. Key Responsibilities: Understand the needs of the VIP users. Drive and obtain user insights of VIP customersDesign and implement end to end user experience for VIP customersResponsible for product roadmap to serve VIP customerDevise and execute user acquisition and retention strategy for VIP segmentSupport the team in sourcing and managing large scale partnership to drive user and volume for Gulf Binance platformWork closely with cross functional teams to successfully drive all initiatives Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and business development rolesProficient understanding of financial productsExperience in relationship management/VIP management will be a big plusEntrepreneurial self-starter, high sense of ownership, able to formulate strategies and plans and execute with minimal guidance or supervisionA keen interest in the crypto/blockchain/technology space is essential.Strong interpersonal skills as the role will be largely external facing with clients and partnersComfortable operating in a dynamic, fast-moving environment often with uncertaintyNative fluency in Thai and fluent in both written and verbal EnglishUser-focused, data-driven approach to decision-making.
