Video Recording - Everyday Tasks | Up to $50/hr

Role Description Sureform is hiring contributors to record first-person (POV) footage of their everyday household and work activities to help train robotics and AI models. This includes common daily tasks such as cooking, cleaning, doing laundry, picking up groceries, painting, folding clothes, organizing rooms, yard work, or light repair tasks around the home, outside, or in a workshop. Recordings should be done using a head-mounted or neck-mounted camera with 1080p resolution or better, that clearly shows your field of view, hands, and the task/actions you’re performing. If you have multiple cameras you can also add simultaneous third-person camera angles using tripods (while keeping your first-person view active) for higher hourly pay. You will be paid based on the amount of high-activity footage (i.e. not footage of low-activity tasks like watching TV on the couch or sleeping) that you record and that is quality-approved. Sureform will be manually reviewing all footage to assess whether or not it meets the quality of standards. Compensation • $30/hr for single-camera POV footage • $50/hr for POV + tripod multi-angle footage All payments are made after validation of footage quality and adherence to project requirements. Required Equipment • Primary (head-mounted) camera such as: • GoPro Hero 11 / 12 / 13 Black • Meta Ray Ban Glasses or other smart glasses • DJI Osmo Action 4 • Insta360 Ace Pro or Insta360 X3 (single-lens 4K mode only) • iPhone 12+ or Galaxy S22+ mounted in a rigid head rig using the ultra-wide lens (0.5×) • Must capture audio/sound • Handheld setups are not accepted. The camera must be on your head or helmet and show both hands and your workspace clearly at all times to enable true first-person footage. • Optional tripod cameras (for $45/hr tier) • 1–4 cameras (must capture sound and record at least 1080p resolution/30 fps) on stable tripods placed 2–5 meters away from you performing the activity, capturing full-body view from side or front angles. Recording Requirements • At least 1080p resolution, 60fps preferred (30 is acceptable) • H.264 or H.265 MP4 with audio on • Consistently wear camera for periods of several hours at a time to capture natural daily interactions and movements • Bright, even lighting and clean lens • Begin each clip with a short sync count (“1-2-3 clap”) if using multiple cameras Qualifications • Access to at least one approved head-mounted camera • Ability to perform simple household or workshop tasks on camera • Reliable internet to upload large files • Willingness to sign contributor and location releases • Comfort with footage being used for AI model training • Experience with GoPro or action-camera recording • Background in videography, trades, or content creation • Familiarity with basic lighting or camera framing Company Description Sureform (www.sureformhq.com) is a human data collection company specializing in high-quality audio and video datasets for AI training.
