About the Role: Karya is looking for a graphic design–led motion designer who thinks in layouts, systems, and visual clarity first — and uses motion as a tool to enhance understanding and storytelling. This is not a videography or filming role. We’re looking for someone grounded in visual design, typography, composition, and information hierarchy, who can translate static ideas into clear, lightweight motion.
