Position Overview The Video Editor will be responsible for editing, enhancing, and producing engaging video content for digital marketing, training, and promotional purposes. You will work closely with marketing managers, creative directors, and other team members to ensure all content aligns with brand identity and visual standards. Key Responsibilities Edit and assemble raw footage into polished, professional videos for various platforms (social media, web, internal communications, etc.). Add music, voiceovers, transitions, captions, and motion graphics to enhance visual storytelling. Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to develop video concepts and storyboards. Maintain consistency with brand guidelines across all video content. Organize and manage video assets, ensuring efficient storage and retrieval. Optimize videos for web, mobile, and social media performance. Stay up to date with the latest video editing trends, styles, and software updates. Deliver high-quality projects on time and within scope. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Film, Communications, Multimedia, or related field (preferred). 2+ years of experience in video editing, preferably in marketing or corporate communications. Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or similar editing software. Experience with audio mixing, color correction, and motion graphics. Strong creative vision, storytelling ability, and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines. Excellent communication and collaboration skills in a remote work environment. Knowledge of real estate marketing or digital content production is a plus.
