Video Editor Needed for YouTube Content Team (Ongoing, Remote)
We're looking for detail-oriented video editors to join our growing content team across multiple YouTube channels. This is an ongoing, flexible role — you pick up tasks when you're available, work at your own pace, and get paid per completed task.
What You'll Do:
Research and structure video ideas — outline themes, gather source material (articles, references), and organize media assets (clips, images, social posts) for the creator to narrate over
Find and curate the right visual content (images, video clips, social media posts) that match each video's topic
Review and refine video structure before it goes to production
How It Works:
Log into our editing platform and browse available tasks
Claim a task to lock it exclusively to you
Complete the work and submit for review
Receive a quality score (affects your pay) — we review within 3 days
Get paid monthly based on completed tasks
Pay Structure:
Per-task base rate + bonuses for longer videos and research depth
Performance-based multiplier — as your quality scores improve, you level up and earn more per task
Monthly payouts on a regular cycle
What We're Looking For:
Strong research skills — ability to find and organize relevant source material quickly
Good eye for visual content — selecting images/clips that match video topics
Self-motivated and reliable — tasks auto-release if idle for 3+ days
English fluency required; additional languages a plus
Nice to Have:
Experience with YouTube content creation
Familiarity with reaction-style or narration-style video formats
