This is an exciting, fast-paced role ideal for someone with a passion for storytelling, shooting/editing video, and creating content that performs on social media. We’re looking for a Video Content Creator who is highly creative, organized, and skilled in both content strategy and hands-on production. This is an in-office position with frequent travel to local client sites across Philadelphia, Montgomery County, and Bucks County. What You’ll Do as a Video Content Creator • Shoot, produce and edit high-quality professional video content for various social media platforms. • Collaborate in strategy sessions and assist in planning content calendars. • Drive to clients' locations to shoot video content, ensuring alignment with brand voice and objectives. • Edit and produce high-quality video content for various social media platforms. • Analyze social media metrics to identify trends and optimize content strategies. • Stay updated with industry trends, social media platform changes, and emerging technologies. • Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Requirements What We’re Looking For in a Video Content Creator • This is an in-office role. Only candidates local to the Philadelphia area will be considered. • Must be able to provide portfolio showcasing successful social media organic content • Demonstrable experience in video content creation, particularly with production and editing. • Must have own professional camera, audio and lighting equipment • Capture video content in our clients' brand voice through video (requires local travel throughout Philadelphia, Bucks & Montgomery County) • Develop and implement storyboards for our B2B and B2C clients and enhance brand awareness and engagement on multiple social channels including Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, TikTok & LinkedIn. • Create and curate compelling, on-brand content for all social media platforms, including written content and videos using various tools such as Canva or Adobe • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail and creativity. • Ability to analyze social media metrics and make data-driven decisions. • Up-to-date knowledge of current social media trends, algorithms, and best practices. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
