Vice President Supply Chain

The Company is seeking a VP International Family Care & Professional (IFP) Supply Chain to lead the strategic and operational aspects of the supply chain for its iconic brands. The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving the financial and operating objectives set by the overall segment business plans, leading manufacturing operations across multiple countries, and driving supply chain transformation. This executive will also be a key representative on the Enterprise Supply Chain Leadership Team, influencing and aligning supply chain initiatives with the global strategy. The role demands a leader with a strong background in supply chain management, including manufacturing, finance, logistics, and large-scale program management, and requires the ability to build and manage a world-class supply chain network.

The ideal candidate for the VP Supply Chain role at the company will have over 10 years of supply chain-related leadership experience in the consumer products... industry, with a proven track record of success. They must possess a diverse skill set, including strong business and finance acumen, the ability to communicate and execute strategies effectively, and a talent for leading in ambiguous environments. The role also requires experience in areas such as continuous improvement, sustainability, and talent management, as well as a background in international supply chain operations. A degree in a relevant field is essential, and the candidate should be adept at building partnerships and driving a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement
