We have a record of winning some of the toughest races around the country and tackling the biggest issues facing our world today. We have an in-house creative studio that specializes in strategy, copywriting and design. We serve as creative partners to our clients, helping to tell our candidatesâ stories to voters. Together, weâre a team of strategists, copywriters, branding experts and designers. We find a candidateâs path to victory and then write, design and produce award-winning creative targeted specially to their voters and build brands for leading non-profits, foundations, educational institutions, social impact companies and more.ABOUT THIS ROLEBerlinRosen is seeking a Vice President or Senior Vice President for their Campaigns and Creative services team. As a member of our Direct Mail team, the person will be integral to ensuring our team stays on schedule and provides our clients with timely and high-quality creative services, as well as strategic advice and insights. The ideal candidate is highly organized, has strong attention to detail and political campaign experience.Role location: This role is based in our New York, N.Y. or Washington, D.C. office on a hybrid basis, though remote candidates in the United States will still be considered. The Campaign Creative Services team is in-office at least 3 days per week.ACCOUNTABILITIES AND QUALIFICATIONSAs a Vice President or Senior Vice President on our Campaign Creative Services team, you willâŚServe as a senior strategist for political campaign clientsDrive business development from your personal network and participate in pitches with colleaguesManage production and drive internal processes for your political direct mail clientsAdvise campaign clients on political direct mail strategyProvide clients with strategic advice on all facets of the campaignLead direct mail creative planning and conceive mail creativeStaff and art direct photoshootsCreate and maintain direct mail budgetsPartner with the Data Director to construct a path to victoryManage junior-level direct mail staffEssential skills:5+ cycles of political campaign experienceAbility to create campaign strategy and have comfort with campaign and paid media budgetsHigh level of organization, meticulous attention to detail and an ability to multitaskAbility to manage deadlines in a high-pressure fast-paced environmentStrong proofreading and writing skillsStrong interpersonal skillsSolid quantitative skillsNote: Interested in this role but itâs not quite the right match?
