We are seeking an exceptional Vice President of Regional Sales to spearhead our expansion efforts in the Chicago market and beyond. Our client is a pioneering service enterprise with hundreds of collaborative workspace facilities across North America, poised for rapid growth with 600+ new sites launching this year and 1,000-1,500 locations targeted for the next year. As a results-driven and sales-focused organization, we operate with a fast-paced 30-day business cycle, requiring a leader who thrives in entrepreneurial environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and develop high-performing teams to drive business success
Collaborate closely with the CEO to prepare for potential succession and contribute to strategic growth initiatives
Drive operational excellence and financial performance across multiple locations, initially focusing on the Chicago market
Transition to overseeing regional operations across multiple states, leveraging your expertise to fuel growth and expansion
Foster a culture of sales excellence, resilience, and continuous improvement
Requirements:
Essential Requirements:
Proven analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions quickly
Experience in high-growth, fast-paced environments with a track record of success
Ambition for C-suite/CEO positions within 2-3 years, with a strong desire to lead and drive business growth
Multi-business unit or multi-location management experience, with a hands-on leadership style
Strong commercial acumen, business leadership, and sales-oriented mindset
Resilience and adaptability to thrive in a direct, results-oriented culture
Preferred Background:
Experience in construction project management or new location openings
Background in service-oriented industries, with multi-site management expertise (retail, hospitality, etc.)
What We Offer:
Remote work arrangement (Chicago-based) with a comprehensive compensation structure featuring:
Annual base salary: $300,000-$350,000
Performance-based bonus opportunity of 50%
