As the Vice President of Digital Marketing, you will lead our digital marketing strategy from our headquarters in Brick, New Jersey, driving brand visibility, lead generation, and engagement across diverse audiences in the healthcare sector. This senior leadership position requires a visionary marketer who can integrate cutting-edge digital tactics to support our growth objectives, enhance our online presence, and optimize multi-channel campaigns. Reporting directly to the executive team, you will collaborate with cross-functional departments to align digital initiatives with business goals, leveraging data-driven insights to elevate our services in rehabilitation and senior living. This is a full-time, in-office role in Brick, New Jersey, offering the opportunity to shape the digital future of a forward-thinking organization without requiring prior healthcare experience-your expertise in broader digital landscapes will be key to our success. Key Responsibilities • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies, including SEO, PPC, content marketing, email automation, social media, and programmatic advertising, to drive traffic, conversions, and brand loyalty. • Lead a team of digital specialists, providing mentorship, performance management, and resource allocation to ensure high-impact campaigns across multiple channels such as search engines, social platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram), email platforms, and emerging digital tools. • Analyze performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or similar platforms to optimize ROI, track KPIs (e.g., CAC, CLV, engagement rates), and present actionable insights to senior leadership through regular reports and dashboards. • Oversee content creation and distribution, ensuring multi-channel alignment with audience segmentation, A/B testing, and personalization to enhance user experience and support lead nurturing funnels. • Manage digital budgets, vendor relationships, and agency partnerships to maximize efficiency and innovation in campaigns, including retargeting, influencer collaborations, and video content strategies. • Stay ahead of digital trends, implementing new technologies such as AI-driven personalization, chatbots, or AR/VR experiences to keep our marketing efforts at the forefront of the industry. • Collaborate with sales, operations, and clinical teams to integrate digital marketing with offline initiatives, ensuring cohesive branding and messaging that resonates with healthcare providers, patients, and community partners. • Ensure compliance with digital regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and best practices for data privacy, while fostering a culture of experimentation and continuous improvement within the marketing department. Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; Master's degree or MBA preferred. • 10+ years of progressive experience in digital marketing, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role such as Director or VP level. • Proven expertise in multi-channel digital strategies, including hands-on experience with SEO/SEM, paid social, email marketing, content syndication, and analytics platforms-demonstrated success in scaling campaigns across diverse channels is essential. • Strong leadership skills with a track record of building and motivating high-performing teams in fast-paced environments. • Proficiency in marketing technology stacks (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite) and data analysis tools; familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce is a plus. • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into strategic recommendations for non-technical stakeholders. • Innovative mindset with a passion for digital trends; experience in B2B or service-based industries is advantageous, but no healthcare background is required-we value transferable skills from any sector. • Ability to thrive in an in-office setting in Brick, New Jersey, with occasional travel for industry events or partner meetings.
