**Job Details**

We're seeking a seasoned and dynamic leader to join our team as Vice President of Customer Experience and Concierge Services. This is a unique opportunity for a seasoned professional with a strong customer service background in the hotel industry and student housing sector to lead and shape our customer service team. The successful candidate will oversee the daily operations of our customer service department, ensuring that our high standards are met and exceeded, and that our clients receive the exceptional service they expect from us.

**Responsibilities**

As the Vice President of Customer Experience and Concierge Services, your responsibilities will include:

* **Developing and Implementing Customer Service Policies**: Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures to ensure a consistent, high-quality service experience for all clients.
* **Leading and Managing the Customer Service Team**: Manage and lead a team of customer service professionals, providing guidance, and fostering a positive and productive work environment.

**Qualifications**

The ideal candidate for the Vice President of Customer Experience and Concierge Services role should have:
