ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: • Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies that support business growth, enhance brand equity, and drive customer acquisition and retention across the Americas. • Lead internal and external communications, ensuring alignment with TK Elevator's values, vision, and strategic priorities. Oversee brand positioning and storytelling across digital, print, and experiential platforms. • Partner with Sales, Engineering, HR, and Operations to ensure marketing and communications initiatives support business goals and are embedded in broader organizational efforts. • Cultivate relationships with media, influencers, and industry stakeholders to enhance visibility and thought leadership. • Oversee the creation of high-impact content including press releases, executive speeches, marketing collateral, and digital assets. • Provide strategic counsel during critical situations and manage crisis communications to protect and strengthen the company's reputation. • Monitor campaign effectiveness and communication impact using data-driven insights to optimize strategies and resource allocation. • Build and mentor a diverse team of marketing and communications professionals, fostering a culture of creativity, accountability, and excellence. • Manage the marketing and communications budget, ensuring efficient use of resources and alignment with strategic priorities. • Serve as a spokesperson and brand ambassador for TK Elevator, representing the company with professionalism and clarity.
