Your mission is to accelerate market expansion, gross margins, and drive growth with existing agents (SMB Retailers) through high-performing team of territory District Sales Managers (DSMs). You’ll lead with a business development mindset—identifying untapped opportunities, forging strategic partnerships, and scaling our presence in the Texas and surrounding marketplace.Key ResponsibilitiesMarket Expansion & Agent AcquisitionIdentify and pursue high-potential markets to acquire new agents and expand our exclusive agent portfolio. Lead negotiations and relationship-building efforts to onboard high performing Agents (SMBs)Agent Development & EnablementSupport and grow existing agents by delivering training, tools, and marketing support to increase transaction volume and customer engagement. Ensure agents are fully equipped with POS materials and compliant with operational standards.Sales Team LeadershipHire, train, and develop a high-performing sales team. Provide clear direction on sales strategies, execution plans, and performance expectations. Motivate and coach team members to exceed targets.Performance ManagementSet and monitor sales targets aligned with company goals.
