Summary Gainwell Technologies is looking for an experienced Healthcare consultant to help build and lead a core group of consulting and client success professionals supporting the Data and Analytics and Population Health service lines. These are new, high-growth business functions within the company driving new client service and delivery models in these rapidly growing segments. The VP, Consulting & Client Success will report to SVP and GM of Data and Analytics, and will be a core part of the leadership team building new growth service lines with our Medicaid and state health clients. They will also work very closely with the SVP and GM of Population Health Management. Your role in our mission Build and lead a core team of consulting and client success professionals. Work with service line leadership to develop and execute on go to market campaigns for the Data and Analytics (D+A) and Population Health Management (PHM) service lines. Scope and manage consultative engagements and workstreams with clients - typically around well-defined service line topic areas (e.g., data strategy, high-level PHM strategy). Coordinate with Delivery teams to provide consultative client support and project management for implementation programs. Project manage partnerships and vendors supporting consultative engagements in growth service lines - including coordination with consulting partners. Lead solution teams in the design and early-stage development of new capabilities. Help build and manage the growing D+A function, including associated administrative and operational activities (e.g., staffing, P+L management, pipeline management). Support client development. What we're looking for Bachelor’s degree, master's or other advanced degree in a relevant discipline preferred. 10+ years relevant professional experience. Consulting or other professional services experience developing and delivering data / analytic services and solutions for healthcare clients. Experience and content-area expertise in population health management, behavioral health, and value-based care programs preferred. Experience working for or serving Medicaid or other state agencies, health care payers, plans, and/or health systems. Proven track record of successfully scoping and managing complex strategic, operational, and implementation projects. Experience working with healthcare data and systems. The VP, Consulting & Client Success will be a seasoned healthcare consultant or healthcare industry professional with extensive experience in client development and client success. The pay range for this position is $160,000.00 - $228,600.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
