We're a small team of excellent people who take care of everything from ideas to testing, and we intend to grow while maintaining our high standards.RoleWe are seeking a talented VFX Artist with to work on our Paper2.io game. The ideal candidate will have a diverse skill set in VFX art creation and will be responsible for creating and implementing visual effects that enhance core gameplay and reward animations. This role is crucial as we transition and expand our content creation, and the successful candidate will play a key part in delivering high-quality content and visual effects. The candidate will work closely with our developers to integrate new art features effectively. Role Creating high-quality 2D and 3D VFX, including motion graphics & animationsDeveloping and implementing visual effects for core gameplay, character abilities, environmental effects, and reward animationsCollaborating with designers, artists, and developers to integrate 3D assets and VFX seamlessly into the gameWorking with developers to adapt and integrate new art features based on project specificationsOptimizing VFX for performanceDeveloping and maintaining VFX pipelines and workflows to ensure efficient production processesTroubleshooting and solving technical issues related to motion graphics & animations & VFX creation and implementation Profile Proven experience as a VFX Artist with a strong portfolio demonstrating a range of 2D/3D art, motion graphics & animationsProficiency with Maya or Blender. ZBrush, Substance Painter, Houdini, After Effects would be a plusExperience with Unity real-time renderingSolid understanding of particle systems, physics simulations, shaders, and scriptingExcellent problem-solving skills and attention to detailStrong communication and collaboration skillsExperience with shader development and optimization techniques is preferredKnowledge of animation principles and techniques is a plusAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously Benefits Best-in-class compensationOther benefits according to the country you reside
