Key Responsibilities:
Build trust and rapport with surgeons, vet techs, and other stakeholders through open and interactive communication
Provide timely and effective support via phone and email, addressing customer inquiries and concerns with empathy and expertise
Stay up-to-date on our products and services, using this knowledge to identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions
Maintain accurate customer records, ensure seamless sales order processing, and collaborate with sales representatives to drive customer satisfaction
Work closely with the customer service team to ensure comprehensive coverage and support
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required
Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or support, preferably in the veterinary or medical industry
Strong communication, problem-solving, and time management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, with experience in CRM and ERP systems a plus
