As an Account Manager you’ll work closely with our veterinary clients, delivering innovative solutions—from advanced in-house diagnostic instruments to comprehensive pathology laboratory services to ground-breaking veterinary software —that truly make a difference in the way they care for our pets.What you can expectAs an Account Manager you will manage and grow your clients’ accounts across Southern Perth, including Mandurah and a regional territory with a clear understanding of their veterinary business and diagnostic needs; you will successfully inspire them to adopt and use “The IDEXX Complete Diagnostic Solution” to raise their standards of care. You will be results oriented, have an outstanding level of customer service and responsiveness and you will have a genuine passion to deliver outstanding results.There is significant variety in the role, and you will find no two days the same. You will be developing partnerships with veterinarians, owners and clinic teams to help grow their business; selling IDEXX products and services and helping to onboard and train the veterinary teams on IDEXX diagnostic equipment, services and technology.This focus will enable you to exceed your sales targets for the quarter and discover new opportunities.
