Verizon Account Agent
We are currently hiring a full-time Verizon Account Agent in the New Brunswick, NJ area to support customer sales for Verizon products and services. The Verizon Account Agent is a customer-facing role focused on sales, customer service, and helping individuals find the right Verizon plans, devices, and upgrades.
As a Verizon Account Agent, you will play a key role in driving sales, building customer relationships, and representing the Verizon brand with professionalism. This Verizon Account Agent position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people, communicating clearly, and thriving in a fast-paced, goal-oriented sales environment.
Responsibilities of the Verizon Account Agent
• Engage customers through direct, in-person sales interactions and consultations
• Explain Verizon telecommunications plans, mobile devices, promotions, and service options
• Identify customer needs and recommend Verizon products and service solutions
• Assist customers with new account activations, service upgrades, and plan changes
• Support customer acquisition efforts and contribute to overall sales performance goals
• Track sales activity, customer accounts, and service enrollments accurately
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and completed sales
• Collaborate with fellow Verizon Account Agents to meet daily and weekly sales targets
• Represent the Verizon brand professionally in all customer interactions
Qualifications for the Verizon Account Agent
• Interest in sales, telecommunications, internet services, or customer-facing roles
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Goal-oriented with motivation to meet and exceed sales targets
• Ability to build rapport with customers and recommend tailored solutions
• Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus, but not required
