Your primary focus will be on building and enhancing the brand image, as well as increasing market penetration through systematic commercial activities. This role requires close collaboration with startups, entrepreneurs, and key stakeholders in the PE/VC industry.Responsibilities:Develop and implement strategic plans to drive growth and market expansion.Build partnerships with startups, entrepreneurs, and PE/VC/CVC firms to enhance brand presence and market influenceLead and oversee systematic commercial activities to achieve business objectivesCollaborate with the Chief Commercial Officer and other internal teams to align strategies and ensure cohesive executionAnalyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify growth opportunitiesMonitor and evaluate performance metrics to track progress and make data-driven decisionsQualifications:7+ years working in corporate development, investment banking, private equity or related fieldsProven experience in venture partnerships, business development, or related roles within the Chinese marketStrong understanding of the startup ecosystem, PE/VC landscape, and commercial activitiesExcellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skillsStrategic thinker with a results-driven mindsetFluency in Mandarin and English is requiredCollaborative approach to leadership and problem solving, including proven success in attracting and developing talentMust-haves:创业投资机构的人脉资源善于协作，愿意积极参加各种创业者/创投类活动性格外向，善于沟通Nice-to-haves:资源PE/VC等一级市场行业比较熟悉，孵化器或加速器经验等。参加过相关的活动能够提升AWX主办活动时参会者的感受。Equal opportunityAirwallex is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
