Vendor Onboarding Coordinator

Position OverviewSupport the onboarding and vendor management processes by organizing, collecting and entering vendor data into Burlington systems. Field vendor and merchant inquiries and support a smooth onboarding process.A Day in the LifeBusiness AcumenPossesses high level of knowledge of vendor agreements, Burlington's terms & conditions and merchandise operations.Communicates clearly and effectively with vendors and conveys deep knowledge of Burlington's guidelines as part of onboarding and follow-up interactions.Demonstrates strong organizational skills in managing vendor contacts, paperwork and profile informationRelationship ManagementResponds promptly to vendor emails and inquiries. Fully understands specific situations by reading through email threads and "listening" to the vendors' concerns. Ensures vendors are up to date on current Burlington news and policy changes.Works well with other departments to resolve issues and keep the onboarding process moving forward. Educates teams on flow of onboarding process and provides reporting to support the work of our cross functional teams.ProductivityCompletes assignments quickly, accurately, and according to departmental procedures.Checks deliverables for accuracy before submission to avoid rework.
