Β• * Job Description:
Β• * At Regions, the Vendor Manager - Business Segment role supports and administers vendor management for a designated area or division. Ensures enterprise-wide needs for due diligence, risk assessment and continuing vendor monitoring are being accomplished and works to assess, address and monitor business impacts of outsourced service relationships.
Β• * Primary Responsibilities*
Β• + Acts a liaison for area/division in partnership with Corporate Procurement to manage vendor relationships associated with outsourced services

+ Creates accountability to bring a robust consistent, centralized and risk-based approach to managing third party risks. Identifies, reports, and tracks vendor third party risk issues and recommends remediation plans

+ Ensures compliance expectations for due diligence, risk assessment and continuing vendor monitoring are accomplished

+ Completes detailed reporting, documentation requirements and processes to ensure accuracy and completeness of vendor-submitted surveys, documents and deliverables

+ Maintains an ongoing awareness of emerging regulatory guidelines and expectations and drives change within the vendor risk management program

+ Initiates and coordinates requests for new vendor relationships and the submittal of Third Party Questionnaires (TPQ), in order to effectively assess and address operational, reputational, customer and shareholder impact, information security and privacy risks, process/policies and procedures impact, staff impact, regulatory impact, and potential for financial loss

+ Coordinates third-party contract review and execution for business line, in partnership with Corporate Procurement and vendor management

+ Reviews exit plans and Service Organization Controls (SOC) reports as part of the TPQ process

+ Attends Working Group meetings for complex, critical or high-risk vendor relationships

+ Completes critical vendor managements tasks

+ May manage a team or group depending on area/division

This position is exempt from timekeeping requirements under the Fair Labor Standards Act and is not eligible for overtime pay.

Β• + Bachelor's degree and three (3) years vendor management experience

+ Or High School Diploma and seven (7) years vendor management experience
Β• * Skills and Competencies*
Β• + Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills

+ Exceptional organizational, analytical and follow-through skills

+ Project management skills

+ Strong knowledge of banking and regulations impacting business unit relationships

_This position is intended to be onsite, now or in the near future. Associates will have regular work hours, including full days in the office three or more days a week. The manager will set the work schedule for this position, including in-office expectations. Regions will not provide relocation assistance for this position, and relocation would be at your expense. This position must be within a reasonable driving distance to Birmingham, AL._

_Exceptions to the geographic location requirement may be made for current Regions associates who work remotely._

Β• Pay ranges are job specific and are provided as a point-of-market reference for compensation decisions. Other factors which directly impact pay for individual associates include: experience, skills, knowledge, contribution, job location and, most importantly, performance in the job role. As these factors vary by individuals, pay will also vary among individual associates within the same job.
