VDC Designer

Are you a skilled VDC Designer with a passion for using cutting-edge technology to shape the future of construction? ZELUS is at the forefront of the industry, leveraging Virtual Design and Construction (VDC) and Building Information Modeling (BIM) to drive innovation in some of the most complex projects. We're looking for a talented Revit expert to join our dynamic remote team and help us transform construction through technology! This position will remain open as we assess remote needs. What You'll Do: • Develop and manage detailed 3D models using Revit, ensuring alignment with project standards and goals. • Utilize tools like Navisworks to identify and resolve conflicts between building systems, collaborating closely with MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) teams. • Provide remote coordination and support for field operations, ensuring accurate integration of 3D scans and field data into project models. • Prepare technical documentation and ensure the accuracy and quality of all models, adhering to project requirements. • Stay up to date with advancements in BIM and VDC technologies, continuously applying new knowledge to improve processes and project outcomes. What You Bring: • Proficiency in Revit is a must, with experience managing detailed 3D models. • Familiarity with Navisworks, AutoCAD, and BIM360 is a plus. • Experience in mechanical piping or semiconductor fabrication is preferred but not required. • Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively in a remote team environment. • Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail to ensure quality model creation and data input. • Stable internet connection with a minimum download speed of 100 Mbps and upload speed of 20 Mbps.
