VC Analyst Internship

VentureOut is searching for a bad ass VC Analyst to join our awesome startup team as soon as possible. This is an opportunity to join a fast-paced small team and gain experience in sourcing startups, engaging with investors around the world, organizing startup programming in NYC, startup operations, marketing, sales, and research. This role provides incomparable exposure to the startup and venture communities in NYC and around the world. Responsibilities • Deal Sourcing: Identify investable tech startups in international communities; this includes: • Researching accelerators, incubators, investors, and other community organizations • Developing relationships with these organizations to help drive startup applications for future programs • Evaluating international startup applicants based upon their investability and the global relevance of their product • Program Support: Assist with logistics of VentureOut’s 5-day accelerator programs • Attend networking events to meet with potential pioneers in the community including venture capitalists, sponsors, accelerators/mentors, angel investors, partners, etc. About You We are considering both undergraduate and graduate candidates in the New York City area. Considering candidates for both full and part-time commitments (minimum of two full days per week), candidates need to have a demonstrable interest (and preferably experience with) any or all of the following: • Tech Startups • Venture Capital • International Relations/Business • Market Research Comp This is an unpaid internship, typically for university credit or J1 visa students Apply tot his job
